We’re proud to announce that Women’s Sport Trust has won the Best Use of Data, Research, Measurement, and Evaluation at The UK Sponsorship Awards 2025!

This award, which was accepted by WST CEO Tammy Parlour and WST Trustee Russell James, recognises our work in the commercial space, where we’ve been focused on unlocking the massive opportunity women’s sport presents. By convening key decision makers, identifying the blockers to investment, and commissioning a series of targeted reports, we’ve aimed to provide fresh thinking, actionable insight, and – crucially – the evidence and confidence needed to drive meaningful commercial investment in women’s sport.

Our latest commercial report, The Buck Stops Here, along with our regular Visibility Reports, have been key to shifting industry conversations, articulating the business case, and helping brands and rights holders make informed, confident decisions.

Look out for our next commercial report, set to launch this summer, where we’ll dive into consumer insights and public perception of sports sponsorship — exploring UK public awareness, attitudes, and the impact of sponsorship across both women’s and men’s sports. More valuable data, driving smarter decisions.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported this journey — this recognition fuels our mission at Women’s Sport Trust: to create a world where women’s professional sport is valued, independently successful, and driving positive social change. Huge thanks to all our trustees – Tammy Parlour, Chris Hurst, Suzy Levy, Laura Weston, Melissa Robertson, Ugo Monye, Stef Reid, Patrick Massey, Ben Smith and Russell James, who add the power to our purpose and make this work possible. And a special shoutout to Jon Long, Ellen Codd and the team at Onside Consultancy for their expert support with our most recent commercial reports — your support has been invaluable.
