Athlete Programmes & Relationship Manager
Are you passionate about supporting elite female athletes and driving change in women’s sport? Women’s Sport Trust is looking for a confident, emotionally intelligent, and highly organised Athlete Programmes & Relationship Manager to lead our flagship Unlocked programme and deepen engagement with our athlete network. You’ll manage delivery of a brilliant athlete experience—coordinating learning, building trusted relationships, tracking insight, and helping share impact through our comms. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where operational excellence, trust-building and strategic thinking all matter.
